Function            MCursorOff - turns off (hide) the mouse cursor

  Syntax              void MCursorOff(void);

  Prototype in        mousehk.h

  Remarks             turns the mouse cursor off (hides the mouse
                      cursor). This function is nestable, so multiple
                      calls to MCursorOff() to hide the mouse cursor will
                      require multiple calls to MCursorOn() to unhide it.

  Return value        nothing.
